Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Instructions
Returns shouldn't be a hassle and we care about our customers and their experiences with us. We easily accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

From your original order confirmation - if eligible for return you should see an option to start a self-return - from this you can proceed to begin the return process. If you are unable to find your order confirmation, you can login using the email address or phone number associated with your original order to access previous order history.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted.
**Amazon/eBay Returns:
Please visit the marketplace in which the order originated and follow the guidelines provided. All order inquiries should be directed from the marketplace (i.e. Amazon, etc.) in which the order was originally placed. A prepaid label will be provided and a refund will be processed back to your original payment method once received. If you need assistance with your order please contact us directly from the original order.
Facebook/Instagram Returns:
Please visit the orders page under your Facebook or Instagram account in which the order was placed and follow the return process instructions provided. *Prepaid Return Labels cannot be provided for orders/returns through Facebook/Instagram marketplace channels*

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All final sales (prices ending in .99) will not be accepted for refund or exchange. This includes clearance sales and Thrifty Thursday deals with pricing ending in $.99. Items such as swimwear, undergarments, hats, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. will always be final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
GIFT CARDS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photo documentation showing any damage to items received to info@culturedcloths.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@culturedcloths.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (.99) cannot be refunded. Items included in our Thrifty Thursday Deals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for all returns unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid label will be emailed to the customer and the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
